Product Return and Right of Withdrawal Policy

  • 1. Withdrawal from the Contract for Consumers

1.1. The Buyer (a natural person, consumer), when purchasing in our online store, has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
1.2. The returned product must be unused, undamaged, not having lost its commercial appearance, with all original labels and in its packaging.
1.3. The product may only be tested to the extent necessary to determine its characteristics and functioning, as it would be possible to do in a physical store.
1.4. The Seller must be informed about the withdrawal by e-mail (e.g. info@dualook.com), indicating the order number and information about the returned product.
1.5. The returned goods must be sent no later than within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal. The Buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.
1.6. The Seller shall refund the amount paid for the goods and their delivery within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice, but not earlier than upon receipt of the returned goods or proof of their dispatch.

    2. Defective Goods
2.1. The Buyer has the right to demand: elimination of defects, replacement of the goods with quality goods, price reduction, termination of the contract and refund.
2.2. The defect must be reported within 14 days from its identification, including a description of the defect, photos, and purchase information.
2.3. The notification shall be sent by e-mail (e.g. info@dualook.com).

    3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
3.1. The Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if: the goods have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons; the goods were made according to the consumer’s instructions or individual choice; in other cases provided for in Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code.

    4. Buyers Acting for Non-Consumer Purposes
4.1. Buyers who purchase for non-consumer (business) purposes do not have the right to withdraw from the contract unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Seller.
