We ship orders within 1-2 days after receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). When placing an order, please provide the delivery address/ parcel locker and a valid phone number. We deliver goods in the following ways: to DPD or OMNIVA parcel terminals (parcel lockers), or by DPD courier.
The delivery price depends on the selected delivery method and delivery location:
- free delivery in Lithuania for all orders only to OMNIVA parcel lockers (not applicable to international orders and delivery by courier).*
- delivery price to DPD parcel lockers in Lithuania - from 3 Eur.
- delivery price to DPD in Latvia and Estonia - from 5.5 Eur.
- delivery by DPD courier to the specified address - from 5.5 eur.
- delivery price to other EU countries - 10 Eur.
- free delivery to EU countries for orders over 100 Eur.
From the shipping date, orders are usually delivered in Lithuania within 1 - 3 business days, and in Latvia and Estonia within 3 - 4 days.
Delivery times are indicative. We will inform you about the order status, and once you receive the tracking number, you will be able to track it in the selected carrier's system.
